We are seeking a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager who is ready to take ownership of their own portfolio and grow long term across Property Management, Development and Projects. This role is ideal for a junior to intermediate Property Manager who is ready to step up, or a more experienced PM who enjoys managing a boutique portfolio with added development exposure. The Role Total portfolio of approximately 110 properties Around 65 active tenancies Approximately 50% of properties currently under construction Regular new completions coming online, offering portfolio growth and added variety End-to-end management of a growing residential portfolio High quality communication with tenants, landlords and stakeholders Maintenance coordination and issue resolution Supporting development rollouts and project-based tasks as properties complete Bringing proactive, forward thinking ideas to help shape the department Working collaboratively within a driven, tight knit team About You Passionate about building a long term career in real estate Ambitious and ready to step up into full portfolio management Comfortable in a startup-style, evolving business environment Forward thinking and solutions focused Confident, proactive and hands-on Enjoy working within a friendly, family-feel team Systems Used AILO IRE (Experience with these systems is ideal but not essential.
